Born in Tbilisi and based in Vienna, Irma Gigani first appeared on stage at the age of five, playing Bach’s F minor Concerto. She studied with Prof. Stefan Arnold at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna and has performed at the Konzerthaus Berlin, the Salle Cortot in Paris and the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory. In 2021 she won First Prize and two special prizes at the Bechstein-Bruckner Competition in Linz. Her debut album, with Prokofiev’s Piano Sonatas Nos. 2, 4 and 8, is released in autumn 2026.
