2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France (servers in the EU). When you visit the website, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer URL, and browser and operating system. This data is used to operate the website securely and reliably and is deleted after a short period. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Contact by email

If you get in touch by email, your name, email address and message are processed solely to answer your enquiry. The mailbox irmagigani@outlook.com is provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. YouTube videos

Videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode. When a page loads, only a preview image stored on this website is shown and no data is sent to YouTube. Only when you click “Play video” is a connection made to YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Data such as your IP address may then also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). See Google’s privacy policy.

5. Links to social networks

Instagram, YouTube and Facebook are included on this website only as plain links. No data is transferred until you follow a link; the provider’s privacy policy then applies.

6. Cookies and fonts

This website sets no cookies for visitors and uses no analytics or tracking services. Fonts are loaded from this website’s own server, not from third parties.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw any consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to irmagigani@outlook.com.
